I purchased a dress for my daughter for a video shoot. The dress she wore and tried was alright but the packed dress was with holes in it. I rung up the shop immediately and requested them to exchange and give another piece. They told me to come over and discuss. I went there but they blatantly refused saying that the child must have made holes in it. It is very obvious that and old piece was given knowingly. They were not ready to listen or even talk properly. I also requested them to give me a voucher, or take another dress but of no avail... read full review »
