On 29.5.07 I was booking tikets on Deccan Airlines from Kolkata to Silchor when due to some technical error in their website the ticket could not be confirmed but to my surprise the amount was debited from my SBI A/C.On the same day I booked the same ticket for the same destination which I have availed too. How can a person avail two tickets for the same flight, same day, same time & same destination. However on calling up their call center I was assured that the amount would be reversed within 15 working days but all was in vain.
