They recruit anybody off of Careerbuilder.com. I was an agent/producer for three months last summer. My contract got terminated because I haven't made any sales. Fair enough, that's a rational reason to let someone go but what really made me angry is they did not tell me about how unsatisfied they are with my poor performance. Instead of being professionals and letting me know this in person and figuring out ways to improve, they called me on my phone to let me go.
