Bank of America used Northstar Location services to collect on a bad debt for a customer who had the same name as my husband and lived in the same state. After they called my 72 yr old mother-in-law and told her she was stupid, I called them to put a stop to it. They told me that I was a bad mother and needed to get off the phone, leave my dead beat husband, and take care of my kids.
