We are using the sify broadband service last one year and we are paid them in advance to use their service. But it was very unfortunate that last month after renew the conncetion nest day my internet conncetin was not working and we are lodge a complin to the sify customer care, but it was very unfortunate that after that i had make call to customer care personal several time and they had give the new new date. I had send a mails to Mr. Sovick chatterjee two time nad he was given word the with in two days my problem will be short out. But still the problem was not solved. read full review »
