I placed an order on July 5, and have received no package as of July 24. I have asked repeatedly for a shipping date, but they just keep e-mailing me and telling me that my item shipped and will be here in 8-12 days. There is no phone number on the website itself (wish I had noticed that before I ordered), but there was a phone number from Akron, NY on my bank statement.
