Ordered a coach purse from this company which seems to have 2 names "New Coach Outlet" and "Offer Coach Bags". The charge was processed on my Visa immediately. One week passed and I had sent a couple emails requesting a tracking number since on their website it stated you would receive one immediately upon shipping of your order that was also supposed to happen within 2 days.
