They contacted me about a refi, gave me some info about interest rate, payments, etc. They need $1266.00 down to lock in rate and that would cover the closing cost. They were to send me papers by e-mail to sign and return, they needed the credit card info to put on the paper work. Before I receive the e-mail they already charged my credit card.
