Chase credit card charged my account with $15 late fee and $1 interest on 7/5. However, our payment was not late, instead, Chase received the payment late. Chase system doesn't receive payments on holidays (7/5 Monday after 7/4 Independence Day), but the system does charge late fees on holidays. We called to try to resolve the issue, Both one representative and one superviser refused to reverse the fees.
