With 5 lit signal bars the internet service is as bad as an old fashioned dial-up connection, seriously. You cannot watch videos such as You Tube, it constantly buffers, taking as much as an hour to watch one video! Normal pages on sites such as ebay take forever to download. Lately, the internet connection freezes up and stops working, but it consistently shows 4 to 5 bars on the signal strength.
