I was fired by this company after 85 days of employment. The reason for termination was "lack of meeting performance standards." I have worked for banks since 2005 and never have experienced what I did with this company. I was given sales goals for the Quarter 3 of 2010 on July 1, fired July 20, that was an unfair gauge of my quarterly sales numbers since we weren't even in to 1/3 of the quarter and I had no sales goals up until July.
