Initially, our household was using Cox Communications for our cable services. Then, while calling AT&T on my home phone service, I was addressed by a male customer service person and asked if I would be interested in bundling all of my services and switching to AT&T's Direct TV for cable services. We had been previously frustrated by our inability to record more than 2 programs at any time with Cox.
