My balance was deducted from my number for some Video_mod which i never activated. The people from the customer service said the time of the use from my no., for which i said tat was not possible because even am a caller by profession and the time I was said I used the service was around 8:00 AM on 26/07/2010 and 22/07/2010 when I never keep myself awake, after a big argument the refunded me just half of the amount and said they cannot do the rest, I don’t know if they are trying to cheat the customers. read full review »
