Bank of America is pure evil!! They are robbing us blind stating that we owe 4 months on our mortgage when we only owe one, mainly because we had to fall behind on our payments to qualify for a loan modification. We used to have Taylor, Bean and Whitaker who went bankrupt and obviously BofA purchased their loans for pennies on the dollar. I have a PMI which guaratees these delinquents about $100, 000 from the government and alot more when they sell this house in foreclosure.
