I have been defaulting with the bank for 2 payments and I get regular calls from the bank.but since last 2 months, the collections people call and starts abusing. They even doesn't bother to hear what am I trying to say, only what they tell is TODAY I NEED THE PAYMENT BEFORE 4 pm. They use such words like STUPID GUY, DUMB, BEGGER, THEIF and B**T*RD. This s not the way to deal with customers.
