Even though I recieved a mail from ICICI on the 9h of juy stating that my credit card is aproved and will be available in 7-10 days, its 23rd august and i still dont have it. Whats more, i recieved a statement from the same saying that i need to pay them 1000 odd rupees for mmbership charges and monthly rental. my continous efforts to the 24 hour customer service dept. as well as to the employees at the c.c.dept. at ICICI has been a waste. I sincerely hope that u will be able to help me by getting in touch with the right person concerned. read full review »
