I have been an AT&T customer for more than 18 years. I have the roll over minutes plan. I had a rollover balance of 4000 minutes before I went to the family plan to add one additional line. When I added this line I lost 3500 minutes and I accepted that even if it wasn't told to me. One year later I got another phone for my spouse and it went under the family plan and her account was closed.
