In June Virgin Mobile charged me a $552 cancellation fee even though I had not canceled my phone. They charged this to my credit card without contacting me. When I found out, I immediately called them and they acknowledged right away that they had made a mistake and would credit my credit card in a few days. A few days later I still had not received my credit and was told it would take a few more days. This has now been going on for over a month and they still have not given me my money.
