Service company telling us that one part is defect and they are waiting for spare part since August 28, 2007. Ewery time I call them they keep telling the sparepart is underway from factory and they will have it tommorrow. I have waited 20 tommorrows and still waiting for maybee tommorrow they will repair. read full review »
