I am hitting a wall trying to get IBSN Tax to represent me for my 2007 Tax Assessment Notice. I got query from state and I am unable to get in touch with anobody at IBSN with emails or calls. The US phone lines have got a standard message "Route is busy, please try again later" and the same is the case with the India phone lines. I don't even know what they did to the emails I sent them. Its been 5 days of trying to contact them and nothing at all. I am hearing a lot over the forums that this is not a good company to deal with as sensitive information as Tax.
