I went to Sensible Home Warranty's website to sign up for their premium plan. I entered a 10% promo code at the top of their webpage and selected the option to pay monthly for $33 per month. Total cost for a year was $394 but I only wanted the monthly option. A message on the first page of the online application said that I would see a 10% discount on the last page of the application. After entering my credit card info a page appeared showing my cc would be charged $33. I called the company to ask why I was not given the 10% discount... read full review »
