I ordered this products as obviously so many others have with similar results. However, I have gone a couple of steps futher than what some of you have. Hopefully this can help somewhat. I like you order the trial and was charged $3.87 on 6/29/10. On 7/8/10 I sent an email cancelling any future orders and/or charges to my credit card. On 7/9/100 I followed up on the email to ensure that yes it had been received. I spoke with Mary, operator 69 and got confirmation that the order had been cancelled due to non receipot of the item.
