We tried using Wes Culvers 534 Rent to broker a contract between a renter (us) and the property owner. Cindy Wirt, the office worker, was extremely rude to us and failed to pass along information to us. We were told she was reprimanded, but it had no positive effect in our situation. We made repeated inquires to the home owner and 534 Rent about the status of our contract. Three weeks later they had still not called us, even once.
