We ordered the software based on a cold-call. I should have known better, but I'm too nice. The sales person was cold and VERY push - named Judy M - when I tried to end the call nicely she was horrible. However, my daughter was coming up on ACT/SAT and like a fool I thought it might help. She tried the software and basically it was boring and not something a good student (not great!) would sit through. She is a B student and is fine.
