I spent over an hour on Sunday July 25th trying to get the repair service for my elderly parents landline. After holding for over an hour I finally got a rep that informed that they couldn't come out to check the lines until Tuesday. My dad is 98 and mom is 78 and just had surgery 3 weeks ago. Not only is the land line not working neither is the DSL. Not only can you not reach anyone by phone but there is no way to contact the company by email to voice a complaint. I'm so angry.
