I had the same problem others have had who wrote complaints about getting charges for American Leisure and Easy Saver - to the tune of $16.95 each on my credit card. I called the AM number listed on the VISA statement 877-564-8538 and was told the amounts would be credited off - but not until I had to get loud when they kept trying to offer me more American Leisure stuff for "free."
