Priceline pre-authorized my debit card three times for what should have been one large purchase - this resulted in my bank account being overdrawn and having no access to any of my funds. I was told that I could not speak to a supervisor (they don't have any?) nor could I be transferred to someone else without giving out my bank information. I was told there was nothing that could be done to resolve the situation other than waiting up to 10 days for the funds to be released.
