Edreams took all my credit card details for a specific flight then never issued my flight and issued another flight which had nothing to do with me with my credit card. It's been 6 months. I have complained and sent a claim and haven't yet gotten a refund! When talking to them on the phone they were very unusefull and couldn't help. They suggested I go to the police... I am still trying to find ways to get this money back! I will never book with them again! read full review »
