I wanted to purchase a report of a client. It said that I could get their criminal history, credit, etc. I signed up for $1.00 fee with my ATM. I never got the report as it said there were 4 of the same name. No information abvailable. I was charged a fee of $18.95 for 2 months, untill I cancelled it, that I did not authorize. When found them online and asked them about it, they said it was the agreemenet. I never marked a box with an agreement like you have to do when you sign up for something online.
