LA Fitness likes to work their staff more than 8 hrs a day and one day off a week, but LA Fitness does NOT pay overtime! They get away with treating their employees like dirt, and they do not follow labor laws, no breaks, no lunches...just work 14 hours shifts and then don't get paid for it! WOW! If anyone is thinking of joining a third world gym go ahead! Only the big shots make their big bucks...the employees who work the gyms are treated like dirt!
