I recently booked a hotel through priceline. I had to leave early due to a funeral and the hotel assured me that I would get a refund. The hotel informed me at checkout that they only charged priceline.com for the nights that I stayed at the hotel. When I called priceline, they admitted that the hotel was correct, but they would not refund my money because it was their "company policy to issue no refunds."
