I have had my Walmart Money Card for a couple of years. I recently started advertising my quilts for sale on Backpage.com. I posted several ads in a couple of different states on Backpage and debited the card a total of $78 for advertising. I used 3 moneypaks to add money to my card totalling 120 bucks, nothing outrageous. I went to walmart today to use my card to purchase a DVD knowing that I still had $45 dollars OF MY OWN MONEY on the card, it was declined.
