One communications has the worst billing system I have EVER seen in my 20 years of Accounts Payable experience. In the normal business world, we set up current charges only. They expect me to go back on every bill to see if they have added any fees to the balance forward!! Is this a joke!!! I process thousands of invoices weekly and they want me to remember to see if they have added charges. If they expect me to pay finance charges, which I am willing to do if we are late, then they need to make this charge available as a "Current Fee" not a "Balance Forward" fee.
