Like many other people here I chose HIT Web Design to build my company's website. After more than three months and hundreds of phone calls I realized that they had no intention of ever finishing my site. Their contract basically says that once they start a section of your site that you are no longer allowed a refund. They start all of the sections. They finish none. Ultimately I filed a small claims lawsuit in Utah's 4th District court (utcourts. gov 801.756.9654). I live out of state so I was glad that this can all be done by mail... read full review »
