I purchased a Samsung SGH-A177 at ATT for my wife. Seveal days after she started using it the back cover came off and she lost it. I contacted Samsung and they said I would have to go to ATT and ask them for a cover (run around for sure). ATT said they did not have and "COULD NOT GET PARTS FOR THE PHONE". I told them I would gladly pay for the back because I paid over $80.00 for the phone and did not want to throw it away.
