Everything others have said is exactly what I have just experienced. After speaking with the customer service rep, they told me what date I could submit my refund request and to be sure to include the 5 denial letters from the homeowners. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE IF THE HOMEOWNERS DO NOT CONTACT ANYONE DIRECT. The letters that we were told to use from American Standard Online site, have THEIR phone number. I have contact the CA attorney general's office and will continue working with my bank for a refund. read full review »
