July 5th, 2010 Terry Reid Kia accepted my trade ins of both a Nissan and Kia Sorento for one of their new cars. I cancelled my insurance on the Nissan and the Sorento and turned in the Tags/plates. Now it is the 27th of July and they have not paid off the two traded in vehicles so I am struggling with three car payments. I did not have a very pleasant experience with them and now this is the icing on the cake. The Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau are my next two calls. read full review »
