I booked a hotel through Travelocity. When I received a court order, requiring my presense during the trip period, I contacted travelocity and asked for a hotel date change -- over three months in advance of the planed trip. They constantly lied to me during our conversations. They told me they were calling the hotel for their approval and put me on hold for long periods of time, .
