I manage a large dental practice in upstate NY and have two, possibly three doctors that are willing to become participating members for MetLife Dental. I have called MetLife atleast 15 times within the past 45 days attempting to obtain three provider contract to enroll my doctors. To this date, i have not received ONE. I have left messages, spoken to customer service and sent e-mails. I have asked that they fax, or e-mail me one provider contract and I will gladly make copies.
