On 6-7-10 (online) I signed up for a federal grant pack/kit. I was charged $2.97 sc on that day. The following day ( on my bank statement) I was charged $57.61. I called the phone # I was given and was to go on line to [email protected]. I emailed them with all the info they requested. NOTHING! I called again got another phone# 866-978-3281 called that # was told at this time there was nothing they could do from this #. I just keep getting the run around.
