It seems according to their standards, 98 for 10 minutes worth of work is a break. I had my stove top replaced by Harp Appliance which cost me a fair amount of money to order the part and installation. When the installation occurred within one month period, my stove top was loose. I called up the company i purchased the stove from and they told me it was clips may are not on. I don't like to second guess people, but I think for some odd reason, the clips were "forgotten" when the repair man installed the new stove-top... read full review »
