Shame on these people who advertise FREE...just pay shipping. I actually returned a near full bottle as I had a reaction in the specified time frame. I have sent (no kidding) 8 e mails now - they respond with all kinds of responses. The last one being my credit card declined the purchase - I have the American Express bill showing the charge, the reference number, their company name...I think these people should be investigated for fraud and misrepresentation.
