I bought 7000.00 worth of lament flooring back in April of this year. On June 25th we noticed some of the boards (about 7 or so) were bulging. I tried working with Empire today’s customer service dept. and all I get is a sorry we can’t help you. Here is what happen. I called the customers service dept. they took my claim and forwarded it to the installers . Empire today sent the installers to check out the complaint.
