Anyone looking at doing business with Phil Walton of Clarendon Development Holdings, INC Florida, USA Use extreme caution and run from him. Save your money many of us have spent good money on the promises and contracts and they are just a piece of paper (worthless). Phil Walton was having SBLC's issued to Dr. Hilmar R Huy of HRH Business Group and HRH Invest LTD. Dr. Huy has been unable to fulfill his part of the deal.
