Somehow this company got my credit card number when I ordered shoes from Footsmart online. I got some info in the mail, but never authorized them to charge my account. I did not want their services. I thought I had it canceled in March when I had a charge of $36.99 to my acount. Well here it is 4 months later and the charge is there again. When I called to cancel it, the person I spoke with named Chang speaks so fast and does not listen to my request to cancel, but refers me to their website - another deadend if you want to cancel your membership.
