I called the Repayment Financial Hardship dept. and asked for assistance to reduce my monthly payment due to loss of income and they wanted to know my budget. All the details of my life. I found it offensive and they turned me down because I wouldn't tell them my personal expenses. When I called Wells Fargo they dropped my interest rate more than 1/2 for 12 months until I get on my feet. Yeah Wells Fargo!! Who bailed the banks out--the government!
