After my order originally said 6-12 weeks, they then added an additional 6-12 weeks, did not inform me in anyway my order had been placed on backorder again. Finally after 4 months i received my boots. Great right- wrong. The package looked like it had been through hell, at least shipped once and returned. The boots had a caress in the top part of the arch which is definitely a manufacture defect in other words at least 75% off type defect. Ordered a pair of Resistol Ranch Boots, October 12, 2010, said allow 6-8 weeks delivery, was informed 12-05-10 they would be shipped on 12-15-10, did not receive shippment and called back to check on status, they then said they were on back order and would take another 8-12 weeks(WOW) To sum it up it takes 8 months to receive a pair of boots, that is outrageous! I have always had a suspicion that anti-virus software companies were intentional causing problems in order to making you think you need their product and recently I have more reason to beleive it. My computer would work fine and the would all of a sudden just stop working. I recovered the system several times with no sucess, then I uninstalled all anti-virus software and the computer works fine, so be ware. read full review »
