I'm not complaining about a late delivery although my experience with FedEx is that I should it expect it. My complaint is poor tracking information. The item was scanned and then received and ambiguously scheduled or estimated for 5 days later. Living in an area where packages have gone missing front the front of ones home I made a point to wait for it and adjusted my day accordingly.
