Ordered the free photo book offer available through Oprah Nov. 18 (ordered 1 free book plus 2 extra copies). Estimated shipping date was a week later. Now, on Dec. 11, it still has not shipped. CAlled a week ago and was told to wait until the 9th...it should be there. The "service" rep didn't even check on anything. Just looked at the latest date it should arrive and told me to wait.
