Well we have been a long time credit card holder through Circuit City. Well when they went out of business Chase Bank took over their accounts. We recently got our tax return and paid half of the card off (Yeah it was almost maxed out). Well almost immedietely my credit limit was cut in half keeping me at my max so they can report it to the credit agencies that I am maxed out once again.
